Types of Chain Slings We Offer

Grade 80 Chain Slings

Designed for heavy-duty lifting, Grade 80 chain slings offer superior strength and are perfect for lifting tough, heavy loads. These slings are widely used in construction and industrial applications.

Grade 100 Chain Slings:

Offering even higher lifting capacities than Grade 80, Grade 100 chain slings are perfect for the most demanding lifting tasks. Grade 100 chain slings offer you a greater lifting capacity whilst reducing the tare weight of the slings.

Custom Length Chain Slings:

HESWA Hyperlift will custom make chain slings to your requirements.
Any size and any length in one, two, three or four leg configurations all tested, tagged and certified.

Lifting Chain Accessories:

We also offer a range of lifting accessories to complement our chain slings, including hooks, shackles, and lifting eyes as well as replacement latches and parts

How to Choose the Right Chain Sling

Load Capacity

Ensure the chain sling you select is rated for the weight of the load you intend to lift. Always choose a sling with a capacity higher than the load to ensure safety.

Grade and Material

Consider the material and grade of the chain sling based on the application. Grade 80 is suitable for most industrial uses, while Grade 100 offers superior strength with a lighter tare weight

Length and Configuration

Choose a chain sling of the correct length and configuration to ensure ease of use and desired sling angles

It always pays to go longer than required and have shorteners fitted to your chain slings.

Safety Compliance

When buying a new chain sling always ensure it has been tested IN AUSTRALIA.
We are seeing a number of importers supply to the market, chain slings pre-made and supplied pre-packaged from overseas factories. Even though these chain slings sometimes come tagged and are supplied with a “test cert” they in most cases have not been tested to Australian Standards or tested at all.

HESWA Hyperlift load test and certify to Australian Standards, every chain sling we manufacture right here in our Welshpool facility.
